* Phosphating treatment blade, then with plastic powder coating ,with strong rust resistance.

* Using the advanced eccentric shaft adjustment method to adjust the blade gap,the inspector will check quality according the standard QB/T2206-1996 one by one before going into market.

* When blade loose,must adjust the gap in case of blade break,don’t cut material like steel nails.

* No over-load cutting, must be within the cutting capacity according to specification.
